    I tried the map offset function. I saw no change in the map or position of waypoints on map. Still about 20 feet off.

    I was anchored ( tied to rope) of the NE piling of the aerial crossing tower of the TVA power line. So marks the spot.

    The GPS point is accurate. It just shows up 20-50 foot off a map contour. This is just cosmetic so to speak.
