Default Garmin Fishfinder 240 tech question

I have an older 240 that I set up to use on a 2 man boat. It has worked well all Spring until this past Sunday. The shown depth seems to be stuck on 1.2 feet. Everything else is working fine. Anyone know how to reset the unit?

    Thanks for any help.

    Bob

Go to the setup page. Select Memory. Select Factory.

Check the plug where its plugs into the unit. Mine had a little green stuff growing on one plug. And that was my problem.
