Default Garmin 340c or Lowrance 510c

I just can't make up my mind...I prefer Garmin GPS over any other and have had real good success with the Garmin FF...I have had about all of the monochrome Eagle & Lowrance DFs..

If anyone has the Garmin 340c please give me some input....

    Thanks

When I keep my gratitude higher than my expectations I have a good day

Don't get the 510C. It's just a 520 without GPS capability. You can buy a 520C without the LGC-3000 for less than a 510, and someday if you want you can add the GPS. I can't understand Lowrance marketing, but the 520 is a better buy.

I bought one about 6 mos ago on ebay, great gps back then they were going for $300+ now you can get one for $195-$215. The difference between the 330 & the 340 is the 340 mentions the street name. Also get one that's refurbished because it's been updated with the latest maps and comes with the same full 1 yr warranty. You'll never get lost again "good luck".

I was looking at the Garmin 340C and the Lowrance 102C when I got the 102C.

Lowrance quit making the 102C and Garmin still makes the 340C.

That's all I got to say about that.
