If you were to choose between an Eagle Fishmark 480 and a Humminbird 565 (both portable models), which one would you pick? Thanks.

Hmmm, keep in mind that I'm biased to the Eagle, but I would in fact go with the Eagle assuming you're fishing deeper water. - Now check this, but the ducer angle on the H'bird is much wider making pin-point locating harder since it shows up from further away, but also finding cover easier (with the H'bird). Least, that's my thinking. From the last thread on the subject, I don't think you can go wrong with either though.
