No, you shouldn't need anything other than the mount bracket & the rubber insert that comes with the mount. It should mount to the trolling motor shaft the same way it did on the vertical pole.
I have mine mounted on the left side of the trolling motor shaft with the top edge of the LVS32 level with the water's surface. Some people click the front of it up 1-2 clicks so they can see their jig(s) splashdown in order to tell if they've cast their bait to the proper direction. The only tradeoff to doing that is there'll be less distance "behind" the transducer showing on the screen.
The only thing "special" that's required is the mounting bracket for using the Livescope in Perspective Mode, if you use that function. If you're going to use it in Forward/Down Mode, then the same mounting system you used on the pole will work on the trolling motor shaft.
