Need advice on wire set up TriFinder 2

Hi,
I just purchased a ST-TX speed and temp sensor for my Eagle TriFinder 2. It came with an MY-4X adapter along with the paddle wheel and temp sensor but no instructions on how to wire it. When I set it up I have an extrs plug outlet with nothing to attach it to. I get a speed indication but no temp display. I use the trifinder a lot and know how to set it up to open speed and temp reading option, but still have no temp reading. So i think I must have wired it wrong. It cam with no instructions. I crossed refewranced the part and it is the right part.
Any help would be gtreatly apreciated.
