Thread: Side Imaging Problem

Hi folks, I have a Garmin Echomap unit with the GT56 transducer, and the side imaging has been working just fine, until today. Now the display is way off center, such that the left side display is narrow and the right side is far wider. I made sure in the menu the unit was set to view left and right, and I even raised my outboard motor completely out of the water, using the trolling motor to move, so that the motor was not blocking the sonar signal. No dice. Any idea maybe on how to trouble shoot this? I’ll see if I can load the photo I took of it.
