Default Mega live and prop wash question

Plan to use a independent pole for my mega live install since I have a terrova trolling motor. If I install the pole on the port or starboard gunwale close to the bow, would the prop wash from the trolling motor cause issues since the transducer would be behind the motor and possibly in the wash at times?

yep, but not too much of an 'issue'

...terrova, mounted starboard; pvc w/ram mount

Thanks, I was just wondering about that. I have a couple of possible issues that I'm trying to work out. My trolling motor is mounted on the port side but when deployed is over the bow toward the starboard side. And being that I am left-handed I wanted to have the pole mounted on the starboard side so I can turn the transducer with my right hand while holding the rod. I have a trick step mounted on the starboard side of the trailer so that may end up being a trip hazard when exiting the boat if transducer pole is stowed.
