Hey everyone. New guy here. I have a question about upgrading my equipment. I currently have a Striker 4 that I have converted over to portable to use when I fish on docks. I have the GT8 ducer with it. I was wondering if I should move up to the 7CV or if there was another option that would be better. Not sure if the 7 would be anything but a larger screen or if there are more options on it than the 4. Typically I am using it in flasher mode because I am fishing straight down. I am not opposed to doing another unit and building some kind of pole for a different transducer. Any ideas or suggestions?
