Default New helix 10 si gen 4 won't start up

Bought the display unit, was working fine in store. Put in boat hooked power up . Won't start up. Checked voltage at plug. 12.5 volts. Unit just won't power up. Any ideas?

I hooked to existing wireing. Too small for mega unit. Tried unit on friends boat that had a mega. It worked fine. So putting new wireing in this week.
