Hello All,

I have a 999 at console, 959 at bow, terrova I pilot link, and 360 (mounted on front of boat by trolling motor but on a seperate mount) all connected to 5 port ethernet switch. I have had this for roughly 4 years and all working fine. In the past i would occasionally get "360 sonar source lost" when I would stop 360 pinging and pull 360 out of the water and move to new spot. Never really was a problem, just selected "no" to the "360 sonar source lost" message. Move to new spot, deploy 360 and start pinging - no problems really.

Now, I keep loosing ethernet connection with 360 to the 959, but it will connect back up and the 360 will start working again. I tried to start pinging thru the 959 like have always done in the past, but will not start. I can start pinging from the 999 and it will start and I can get the 360 on view on the 959. I did loose shared waypoints on the 959 once, along with 360 but connection came back a few seconds later. Seems to lose connection the most when I move to another spot (stow terrova, pull 360). I don't think I lose ethernet connection between 360 and 999.

I have done the procedure for a "stuck IP address" - disconnect all ethernet, restore defaults twice on each unit, and connected/set up ethernet.

Seems like the problem lies with the 959? I'm not sure though. Ehternet cable, ethernet port, ethernet hub, or the 959 unit itself?? Any thoughts?
