I purchased a new Minn Kota Power Drive in 2017 and paid about $1200. I have a Hummingbird 797sici transducer mounted on the trolling motor. Thinking of adding a Garmin as well.

Question is:

The shaft on the power drive to stow motor has to go thru the turning motor. If I use the mount for the Garmin on the side of the motor housing itself, will one interfere with the other? Hummingbird on the bottom and Garmin on the side
