What are the advantages of linking two fish finders together via Ethernet? I have a Humminbird 999 ci HD SI on the console and a Helix 7 DI GPS on the front deck. The Helix doesn't have side imaging. The 999 transducer is on the rear of the boat and the Helix transducer is on the trolling motor.
