One big headache

I'm gonna run a wire from a screw in the motor to a ground up in the head. I'll tap into a ground up in there. I'm doing it in the morning

Finally. Headache is gone. Ran wire from bolt inside motor up through shaft and spliced into a ground wire in the head. Seems to be working right now. Put in water for a final test and all is well. Go back to catching now instead of beating my head against the wall while I'm fishing

grounds works wonders. worked on me kids. when the grounding didn't work, i used the lightning rod.

Don't think insurance would take too kindly to the lightning rod theory. Lol. Thanks for the help and hope and pray all is going well for you.
