Default Helix 9 mega vs helix 10 mega.

Wanting to update electronics. What is the different between the two. I understand screen size. I feel like the 9 is plenty big enough for me. Currently running 999 and 998.

Higher resolution on the 10 giving a sharper picture. That being said. I run a 9 and absolutely love it. I couldn't justify the price difference.

I had the same deal as Marshrunner 757,the Helix 9 mega absolutely topped out what I was willing to spend on a unit.I have mine a year now and am very happy with it,major upgrade over the unit it replaced.

The cabinet size is the same for HELIX 9 and HELIX 10 ... even the glass display is the same size ...

The displayed image is simply larger on HELIX 10 ...

The H9 has 800H x 480V pixels, H10 has 1024H x 600V pixels - and that "only an inch" is a lot more surface area to view details.

Helix 10 if you can swing the coin, incredible imaging if you get MSI or MDI.

    Mega Dittos ^^^

But it's also the pixel density of the viewing area that is MUCH better on the 10
    as compared to the 9.

The Helix 5, 7, and 9 ALL have the same number of pixels on their respective
screens. On the 7, and again on the 9 they are just bigger pixels. IOW, out
of the 5, the 7, and the 9 the Helix 5 will have the highest resolution. There
is a lot of goodness that comes with the Helix 10 in respect to image quality.

I'll always prefer higher resolution, but I was completely satisfied with my Mega 9
