    Default Helix 5 sd card slot wont see my sd card


    I have a helix 5. Been having it for a couple of years now. Always works great not one problem. Went to update it , restored defaults. It would not see the card. At this point it wont acknowledge the card so i cant update it or download waypoints. Tried another card, same. When i go int the self test , it reads that there is a sd card in the slot , i just cant import or export from. Thanks.

    Is the slide locked on the left edge of the SD card ...??

    Up is unlocked ...

    The mSD cards don't have a lock I am aware of...

    What brand & SIZE is it?
