Looked at the 1199 and they aren't showing up on it either, fixing to restore factory defaults and start overQuote:

It sounds like an Ethernet cable or the AS ETH 5XPG is not letting the units see the transom xducer ...
Bob has good advice of connecting just 2 components with 1 Ethernet cable to try and narrow down which data travel route is not allowing "data travel".
