Getting cords off head unit

I'm selling my 1198 and need to down load my cords off it. How do I go about it.

Go to NAV menu and select all and then export. Once you verify you have them on the card then you can remove them from the unit if selling. To delete, select all and then delete. You can also reformat the NAV directory which will also remove them from the unit.
