    I am looking to buy something with si - budget is $750 options are new helix 7 or used lowrance gen 2 with structure scan 9" screen. Opinions please, I am a rookie.

    I have the Helix 7, wish it had a bigger screen. That being said, it works fine. I just received a Bass Pro add, they will have the Helix 7 for $549.99 Nov 23-27
