    Default Panoptics Vs. 360

Has anyone used both of these to be able shed some light between the HB 360 Vs. Panoptic? Wondering if both were about the same as to showing fish out in front or to the side of you, not to concerned about the rear view that you could get with a 360. Mainly looking for the easiest one to learn how to read since looking at screen shots of both can be a bit confusing.

Heres a look at my 360. you can see the brush piles 36 feet from the boat. it pretty much shows you an updated picture of the bottom every few seconds as the transducer spins. if you set the area/direction you want to look it updates quicker.

I tried, just the front view and isolated views with the 360.I always returned back to the full 360 view.what ended up happenning, was there would be times I would over shoot my structure or I'd see something of interest ,that would pass out of view. Then I'd end up having to look around for it.I found that keeping the unit in full 360 view and just using the zoom function works much better. Also,I leave the speed set to the third fastest setting all the time and I don't touch the contrast setting.Just adjust the sensitivity as needed.
