Sent my MK Ulterra back to the factory for repair and had it back in less than two weeks. They made the repairs under warranty, at no charge to me, even though they could have argued I caused the problems. By the way, if you wait long enough, the screen will change and a trim function will become the rabbit function. This can result in running aground---mostly happens to old farts.
