Terrova compared to RipTide

I pulled the trigger on the brand new 2015 Rip Tide I-Pilot that was taken off a salt-water rig and replaced with an Ultera Rip Tide before it was ever wet. I took a chance on a motor with no warranty but saved $800 over a new one of the same.

The lack of US2 is a plus for me. I use a Podunk Ideas da'ducer apparatus for my DI transducer.

That's a heck of a deal. From experience warranty probably won't be a issue.

Call MK, since the Riptide is new/never been wet, they may xfer the warranty, you never know.
