Which would be best? My tolling motor is 24v and yours is 12v,and this is your thread. Would you think it best to post all in this thread or should I start a separate thread?

As far as general operation goes they should be identical. Of course power is different but that doesnt seem to enter into most discussions that I
have seen. I think we should keep them together.

Did you order it with the Line-x or did it just come that way?
Wow u did drop some coin. I did not go for the line-x. Hope u like it!!!!!
I can't believe u don't have it installed. U need to let me know what to expect either good or bad! I hope we don't both cry!
Good luck
Greg
My first impression, just looking at it. It appears to be well made. It's easy to install, but I could only get one bolt hole to line up. Have to make new holes for the rest. Once the mounting plate is in place, it's really cool how the trolling motor locks into place. Once it's tighten down, it can be locked in place with a small master lock. When you get ready to remove it, just remove the lock, turn the locking mechanism and lift up on the carrying handle. It's balanced really well. Test drive, will be in the morning :ThumbsUp:Thumbs up...http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...psear1zopx.jpg
I just fastened, the bracket to the trolling motor. Set it on the boat and decided where I wanted it. Drew a line around the bracket(on the boat). Removed the trolling motor from the bracket drilled holes, put the bolts in and all done. http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps2mb9kdlb.jpg
:ThumbsUp That bracket came with the trolling motor ....or an extra?
