    Default WayPoint Management

I am looking at humminbird pc and putting waypoints. How do I make a folder for different lakes and keep them separate? Like wayponts for Grenada and then in another folder waypoints for Enid? And also Am I able to put the waypoints on a sd card and put that in my graph and not officially upload them to my graphs memory? Like Have a card that is grenada waypoints only and a card the is enid waypoints only and I just keep em all in my boat for which ever lake I am on? Im working with the helix 9.

You can create a Group and name that group for a lake and have waypoints, routes for that group. You could also have multiple groups for a large lake/river, etc. You can download only the group(s) that you are fishing to the SD card and then upload to the FF. You have the option of either creating a separate SD card for each lake or use a single SD card. It is important to make sure you have a backup on your computer for all waypoints and not duplicate any waypoints. I keep a HBPC master file for all groups and data and then just download the data I'm using. Under Waypoint Management screen, I select all and delete then upload the data I'm using for each lake. There are some good You-Tube videos by Doug V. that can help as well as the Waypoint Management manual on the HB site. Hope that helps
