Humminbird ci hd unit can I use with terrova us2

Guy was going to buy a helix 7 gps sonar for 400.00 but found a 859 ci hd unit for sale.going to put on the bow and use us2 on my new terrova. What way should I go new or used they are both 400.00 each and what unit is best.thank you guys for any info.

The 859ci HD Combo is being discontinued but will receive the same updates as production units as long as the hardware is capable of utilizing the added features ...(and the 859 will also be service-able way beyond update life) ...

Just to be sure we covered all bases, the US2 only works with regular 2D sonar. It won't work with SI or Di. I am not familar with the 859ci so I did not know what type sonar it had. I have a Helix 5 with 2D and GPS on my US2 now.

Thanks Ricky last time I will bug you but I'm buying the 859 ci hd and what cable will I need to hook to terrova us2 and what cable will I need to Ethernet it to the new 899 ci hd si thanks for your help

You will 2 Ethernet adapter cables - one for each xx9 series unit ...
Humminbird | AS EC QDE

And you will need an Ethernet cable long enough to reach between units ...
