Just got my 899 ci he si today what to trade in transducer.

I was going to trade in transducer for the hd one.they say to not open it.my transducer hardware was in a sealed bag but the transducer was just cord is rolled up and a plastic peace of plastic was stuck to the bottom of transducer.is that the way the come and can I ship back just like it come.

That's how I always recieved them . Dont think i ever had a transducer shipped in a bag. Just dont pull that plastic off.
