Default My transducer lift motor mount......making progress

I finally located a small box to mount my lift motor on Rickie's Da Ducer apparatus.

The black clamp like device around the pulley is what is left of my Rhino side mirror. Just right size after I cut it in half. The band serves to provide some basic friction braking and prevents the wire cable from jumping off the spool. Behind the black box in the Da Ducer channel is a directional pulley and level sensor. The level sensor is actually a trunk light switch that turns a car trunk light on when the trunk is opened.

    I rate the weather F (31F).

I am CNC rail shopping on line. I plan to move the complete Da Ducer Apparatus unit forward/back ( 4-6 inches) on the rail/gantry arrangement via a tubular actuator. The transducer sticks out too far and I know our boat dock would claim it sooner or later.

I enjoy bringing stuff to life that don't breathe.
