LOWRANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE GEN 3
I have an HDS gen 3 that will not turn on. Has anyone has any experience with this issue on a gen 3? It's not even three months old. Also I've read horror stories about the customer service and I've heard great things! What can I expect when making that phone call tomorrow based on experience?

Talked with Lowrance. The initial customer service lady was no help. However, I asked for a supervisor and I will have a new hds3 at my door step Saturday. $22.00 shipping cost. I am more than happy with their CUSTOMER SERVICE!
