    Default Johnny Ray mounts

I am looking for a mount for my HB859 on the center console. I want to be able to swivel it around to face the front when I am fishing up there.
I came across these mounts on BP, does anybody have one?
Are they good and worth it?
Do they hold well in choppy water and ruff rides?

    Thanks

I have Johnny Rays on my Pondtoon. They suit my needs. They haven't failed yet. They are plastic, so I dunno durability. I have had them 2 years.

If your concern is mostly rough water or rough ride, get ram mounts.

I would stay away from the Johnny Ray ..... I was thinking of getting one til I took a ride in my brothers boat...He has a 998....His unit really got to shaking and he had to hold his hand on it to stabilize it.

I have a balzout mount. It sometimes pinches the crap out of my hand when I adjust it. It has a permanent home in the closet now.

Yeah I was looking at those, but didn't really want the unit to sit up so high.
Guess one swing arm coming right up!

    Thanks Guys!
