Is anyone using the Lowrance Elite7 Chirp fishfinder/chartplotter? I have one ordered and was just wondering the pros and cons of it. Thanks!

I have an Elite 7 HDI. I really liked it, the only drawback is the maps don't refresh fast enough when on plane (37 mph). Otherwise, its a great DF. I haven't used the Chirp, but really like the HDI.

I have one it seems to be working good like stated earlier the chart refresh is a tad slow but that is processer related

Thanks for the replies fellers. I received mine Tuesday and am in the process of installing them this weekend. Have had to almost completely disassemble my boat to run transducer cable. can't wait to get it in the water and see how it works.
