Humminbird 898 C HD SI loading waypoints from sd card
Loaded waypoints from 898 to sd card. Loaded sd card to HB PC. Edited waypoints and added new waypoints. Downloaded to sd card. Put the sd card in my HB. My understanding is that the unit should recognize the card and start giving prompts to get the data on the unit. My unit does not recognize the sd card in any way. Anyone been through this? Thanks.

It used to work the way you first tried ...
Customer requests asked HB to not allow the unit to "Automatically" upload Nav data without the user prompt request ...
So HB changed the sequence for us ...to make the unit ask the user before uploading Nav data ...
