I don't know about chirp products but I am waiting for mid Feb. for garmin's new units to roll out. I pre ordered an echomap 73sv this weekend. My wife bought me for Christmas a Lowrance hds-7 touch which I returned after speaking toguide Jeff Faulkenberry up at Truman. Saved $200 and should get a great unit.
