Lowrance HDS 7 Problem

Actually its not a problem here what I have going on. I have a humminbird unit on my boat and my buddy has a Lowrance HDS 7 Touch Screen. I want to take a waypoint from my unit to his using Lat and Long.. I did it before but I don't remember how I did it. I can make a new waypoint and put the lat and long in the screen but when I hit the button to show on the map the cross hairs goes to the right position but it doesn't put a icon or symbol on the map.

Any help would be greatly appreciated Oh one other thing I put some overlays on the Map screen.

Matt, if was HB to HB you could just download to an SD chip and put the chip in the other unit and upload it, but I am not sure the Lowrance uses the same coding for waypoints. I switched from a HB to an HDS7 touch screen and what I did was copy all the WP coordinates from my HB to paper and then manually input them into the touchscreen. It is much easier inputting on the touch screen, like using an Ipad.
