Dr Depth question

Is there any new news about Dr. Depth being bought out and available again. I read last night on another forum that it is not available for purchase until the new owner lets it. But it was an old post. The current Dr. Depth website still says that sales are suspended until furthur notice. I was really looking forward to getting it.

Is there another mapping software that anyone can suggest? thanks.

You can buy it now for HB units. It's now called AutoCharts. At least that's my understanding.

Jim is correct. JOI (Johnson Outdoors, Inc.) purchased Dr. Depth back in June 2013. JOI owns Humminbird (Johnson Outdoors Marine Electronics, Inc.) and the product has been changed a bit but has been released as the “AutoChart” and “AutoChart Pro” products.
