Depth finder for depth only

I've got a 17' Jon boat with a nice depth finder mounted on the trolling motor. I need an inexpensive depth finder to mount on the back to tell me only the water depth. Who makes an inexpensive finder with a 'circle' output that tells the depth at high speeds?

Look at Lowrance x4 or X4 Pro .... or Humminbird PiranhaMax 143, 153 or 165. ($90-$110 range) But you might find http://www.bbgmarine.com/ to be cheaper ... call & ask to speak with Brian, and tell him you're a Crappie.com member !!

Or you could buy a in-dash depth gauge for about the same $$ ... if depth is all you really need. But that might require drilling out your dash to mount it
