Default Pro Mariner Pro Sport 12

I purchased and installed a Pro Mariner Pro Sport 12 battery charger a little less than a year ago. I have had a very good experience with it so far, but Tuesday I went fishing, came home, plugged it in like always, and nothing. I have gone through everything I could think of, including checking the outlet in the garage, and it does nothing. No power, no indicator lights, nothing. I have placed a call to Pro Mariner, but have yet to hear from them. Anybody on here have any similar experiences or ideas on what may be the problem?

I think that is the one that BPS has on sale for about $60 off right now. There were a lot of bad reviews on it, but most people don't post a review unless they had a problem so it might be misleading. Anyway I would read the feedback on the BPS website for this product and see if any had similar experience and how it was handled.
I have a 2000 model BPS 2 bank charger and never had a minutes trouble with it. Not sure if it was made by these folks or not, but it has been a good one.
    Good luck.

Inside the case itself? I looked around on the outside of it and found nothing.

Sorry ...I'm pretty sure I must be thinking of my aerator switch that had a hidden spade fuse...(in the switch itself)..

I don't remember ever being inside the case of my chargers...

They make the BPS units. I had a problem with one and it was out of warranty yet the tried to help me as much as they could and were very professional in dealing with me. I have the same unit in my boat now and haven't had a problem in 3 years though it could die today.
I would check to make sure your getting power to it if you haven't already. Strange that nothing comes on. When mine died at least the power light would come on.

Thanks cray, I have called and left a message and sent an e mail. It was on a Saturday so I would imagine it will be tomorrow before I hear anything.

I had a 3 bank charger from Cabelas, I think it was a Cabelas labeled pro mariner. It died about 2+ years in after the warranty expired. They had a flat rate repair price. I sent it in, they sent me a new non-Cabelas branded one, for NO charge. It has been working ever since.

Make sure you mount it in the direction it tells you to...I think sideways.
