Great Idea Rickie!

A few weeks ago Rickie and I installed his "da cover holdit" on my 12T, GEN 1 HDS 7 and 8. Yesterday was the first chance I'd had to try them out. I like'em. No more fooling with bungee cords, no more forgetting to put the covers in storage and stepping on them or worrying about them flying out of the boat. Now when I launch the boat all I have to do is fold the covers up and over and I'm ready to go and when I pull out just turn off the unit and fold down the covers and take off. No more digging around in the dry storage for them little bungee cords that seem to always hide and then hang on everything in there when I do find them . Sorry no photos, I forgot my phone and camera yesterday, my CRS kicked in. I'll be glad to snap some though.

Double sided sticky tape and (user supplied) silicone droplet at each end...

Wilbur I really like the touch, it's fast and easy to make adjustments or change screens.
