Bought a Craftsman drill and the replacement policy. Drill fails in the first year. Go back to the store, they tell me if I didn't buy the replacement policy, they could give me a new drill on the spot. Because I bought the replacement policy, I had to deal with the company direct. Their policy, no replacement, just a Sears gift card for the amount of the drill plus tax, but not the cost of the replacement policy. Plus I had to pay to ship it back!
