    Any one using this unit. What are your thoughts on unit ?

    I remember a member here buying one, and then had it for sale shortly thereafter. I'm guessing it's more friendly to deeper salt water applications.

    I was looking at this unit the other day in Tulsa. I was impressed with it. Big screen, gps, chirp sonar and the price was just right.

    From what I understand the transducer is not true chirp technology, I say buy an Lowrance Elite7 HDI with chartplotter, they are the best bang for the buck for the price! bbgmarine.com has great prices, talk to Brian.

    MonteSS had one here at CC...

    I think he didn't like the fact that changing views restarted the screen scroll every time at the right of the display...(effectively erasing the sonar data already displayed)...
