Sounds like a pedal issue to me. If yours is new, take it back. I returned 2 different pedals, until I figured out what was wrong and just fixed it myself and have not had any issues. Don't know the technical terms, but here what I did. If you take the pedal apart, on the throttle pedal (or what ever you want to call it) it has a small arm that reaches over and presses a button down on the board. I just added some alum. foil folded up and glued in real good to the arm. It makes better contact, and my pedal has been working great for 2 years since the fix.

I am waiting on FedX to deliver my terrova i-pilot. I'd hate to think I would have to take apart and repair a $1200 motor to get it to work! banghead

Yes it was clicking, but I had to push really hard down on the pedal. Its was not making good enough contact to keep the button on the board pressed down. Your motor is bigger than mine, I would think they would have the same pedal config., not sure though.

My drive button is in the middle and on the heal of the foot. It's about a 7-8 square with a speed control slide on the side

If you take the pedal apart, its only 3 or 4 springs to remove the right/left steer pedal. You will see what I'm talking about. Its very simple.

I would try the easy stuff first, even though you have power check all connections.

I know with mine i would always carry my foot pedal around by the cord and over time it caused the wiring to break right at the base of the foot pedal, try moving the wires around while your pressing down on the pedal and see if anything changes
