hb 140c Fishin' Buddy

Just wondering if anybody has any experience these 140c Fishin' Buddy :: Humminbird,, got a little jon boat I'm thinking of getting one for,,, need something for looking out to the side of the boat in 1 to 3 feet of water without breaking the bank, already have a lowrance elite 5 dsi but not much good in 2 foot of water,, if I ever get si unit some day it won't be for the jon
