Tom...The relay (or relays I don't know)....is provided in the Logisys item you posted the link to..
Would not gene's idea work by using the 2 separate momentary outputs provided in the Logisys...??
1 output wired opposite polarity of the other (to the same motor)....and just engage 1 momentary output at a time...the TM pedal only needs to travel 1 direction at a time for steering control anyway...

I haven't read up on this unit. If it has relay contact out, fine. If fet or transistor out,,,beware.
based on the physical size and the current specifications per channel, I would guess the output to be FETs. I would use the output of this fob to operate the relay circuit I posted earlier. Reversing motor direction is possible with fets in a full bridge or some half bridge applications.

I believe what they are talking about is controlling remote relays (such as I have discussed). A relay (1) capable of switching 6a repeatedly would be physically larger than the encapsulated fob circuit.
