I know this has been out for a little while and I was just wanting to know if anybody had one and what they thought.

crappie4me2, I have a Elite 7 HDI and I like it a lot. You can get GPS, 2D and DI all on the same screen. you can have 2D and DI split screen over and under or side by side, This makes comparisions easy when trying to determine what the finder is showing. You can overlay DI on to the 2D screen( although I haven't done this). My TD is mounted on the trolling motor. I did this after talking to Brian at BBG Marine I really enjoy seeing brush piles on DI. I sold a HDS 7 and bought the Elite 7. I like the DI and 2d in the same transducer and the 7" screen is great. Bottom line do your own research and pick what YOU like best, not what I like.
