Well I have been struggling with getting my units (998 on console) and (858 on trolling motor) to ethernet together. I was told by Bass Pro that when the ethernet cord was installed they would both run off one GPS puck and share waypoints. As of right now I cannot get the 858 upfront to recognize the ethernet connection. The 858 doesnt have a GPS hooked up to it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
