    This is a quick story about the fantastic service I received from Humminbird. I had just installed my new 998 when I could not get the GPS puck to connect. I sent the unit to Humminbird on a Friday and got it back the next Thursday. The puck still did not connect. I called customer service on Monday and had a new puck today (Tuesday) it connected and everything works fine. Unbelievable response to my need.

    Even though getting it back and it still not working would have frustrated me something fierce....The Humminbird commitment to service is while I own them
