898HDSI or 998 HDSI

The wife said she wanted a new HB so we have been looking at the 898 and the 998HDSI the only differance that I can see is 1" in the screens....which one would you get....Im leaning toward the 998.

If both are listed as HD in the model name as you indicate then there are 2 differences...

* 1" inch screen size
* Pixel density is different
....The 898 has 17,533.4 pixels per square inch
....The 998 has 12,755.7 pixels per square inch

Now, would you be able to tell the difference in image quality with a higher pixel density of the 898...??...probably not....

Now, would you be able to tell the difference in structure size on the 1" larger display of the 998...??...absolutely...

Love my 898!!! However, if I were doing it all again I'd get the 998.

I agree with hotrod as I also have the 898. It's a great unit; but, in this case bigger is better.
