I just dropped $880 on the new I-pilot*link system from BPS, only place I could find it at without a 45 day wait

I just hope it works 3/4 of the way if not 100%......... lol we shall see

Barnacle Bill I've been able to get everything I have from Brian, the link system was on delay ship till 4/7/13 with Brian, I called regional HQ for BPS and ask what they could do they said we can get them so ............. I got one from them

but yes Brian has been great to deal with, I have yet to put David over at Shut and Fish through the paces but his time is comming soon lol

JOI aka Minnkota has dropped the ball as far as market studies go, and not being ramped up for production or have stocks built up to withstand the initial demand for this product and the loss of initial sales

oh well they will get it going and all will be good

I think the reason they are just coming out is because they did ramp up production and to ship their supply to the largest buyers (BPS and Cabela's) first obviously. Plus ,I have no problem waiting on a $800 toy to make sure the bugs are worked out. What would the loss of sales be if the first folks to get them had units that were full of problems?

I knew this would be the only way I would go so I ordered one thanksgiving weekend. Picked it up this past Thursday. Don't have to get the boat in the water for at least another 6 weeks so no worries.
