Ok, so after the update is installed, what will I need to get the unit to read the info for a 2008 Evinrude Etec 60 HP? I am assuming there is a cable that will need to be purchased. ???

I think I may have just found what I was needing to know, or at least part of it. AS ETH NMEA2K :: Humminbird and Humminbird: America

Anything anyone can add to this potential addon. Is it worth it? Is there more stuff needed to actually connect to the motor or is there a open line already on the motor that I just plug into? Kinda expensive addon.
