Question 998 humminbird

Have 998, When I frist got it I turned gps off, now needing, the tracking route path, for night fishing, how do you turn it back on have on stimulation, but not on real time on water. where is the button?

Jim,
The only way to turn the GPS off on a Humminbird unit is to unplug the GPS Receiver if it has an external GPS Receiver (which the 998c Si does). You can select to Hide the GPS Views by going to the main menu system and going to the Views menu tab and setting the Chart and any Chart combo View back to “Visible”.
