HDS/HB plastic screen protectors

What is the secret to removing these things? Sometimes, but not very often, the white plastic screen cover will pop right off, and other times, its a 5 minute stuggle to get the darn thing off? How do you do it?

Put your thumb right on the round circle on the front. Pull with your fingers from the back.

I have velcro on the top and sides of my 998 & 788 so it is a little tighter but I have no problem removing the covers. I pull from the bottom and rotate toward the top.
